What currency are prices shown in?
Prices on GuardNest are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times can vary by product and destination. Please check the delivery information shown during checkout and any dispatch or tracking updates sent for your order. We don't want to promise a delivery date we can't verify.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be provided after dispatch. You can use our Track Order page once you have a tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible if you've entered the wrong address. We will try to help before dispatch, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Whether an order can be stopped depends on its fulfilment status. If it has already been dispatched, the applicable returns process will need to be followed.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us promptly with your order number and details of the problem. Photos or video can help us understand the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can I return an item?

Are all products made by GuardNest?
No. GuardNest is the retailer. Where a product is made by an identifiable third-party brand, we aim to show that brand clearly on the product page.
